Teaching PHILOSOPHY
Every student is entitled to an education that challenges them academically as an individual. Each student has the right to learn in an environment that is warm, welcoming and engaging in the learning process.
It is my duty to use my knowledge of pedagogical practices, affective and psychomotor domains to address my students' learning needs. It is with this knowledge that I will challenge my students to become effective members of this community. Pedagogical, affective and psychomotor domains will help me to effectively assess my student's on their learning, which enables me to create lesson plans that meet the needs of all my students. By addressing all of the needs in my classroom my students will feel more welcomed and engaged in their learning process. My classroom will be a welcoming, engaging environment were the student's learning preferences come first. |
